ABOUT us
With almost 30 years of experience in recruitment combined, we can honestly say we have seen it all!
With expertise in permanent and interim roles, candidate and client management, sales- and recruitment training we are seriously passionate about all things recruitment!
​
With roots in both the Netherlands and Sint Maarten, it felt only natural to move our family from Schoonhoven to our island paradise Sint Maarten in 2023.
With a strong network and solid working relationships we continued our work for the Netherlands remotely from our new home.
The wish however has always been to be of added value locally as well, something we are proud to say we are currently working on; Combining jobs in both countries is our ideal situation!

Philip has a background in-, and a natural talent and passion for business development as well as training/ coaching of teams or individuals in both recruitment and sales. When joining a team, his added value is definitely on business development and improving existing relationships as well as creating and building new ones.
So whether you need your current team to rise to the next level, or you need someone to step in and boost your sales results he is happy to meet for a (digital) coffee and discuss the possibilities!

Saskia has had a focus on recruitment and has gained experience in both operational and managerial roles; having worked in large international environments, small local perm offices and many different sectors of work. Therefore she is able to interact easily with all types of people.
With over 17 years of recruitment experience, she is enjoying a focus on recruitment- and HR professionals of all levels, offering to be an honest, experienced and reliable partner in helping you find your new job, or new employee.
